In the heart of San Frediano, the loft is located in a quiet street a few steps from piazza Santo Spirito and its restaurants, bars and boutiques. At the first floor (28 steps) the apartment is just renovated: bright and equipped in any little detail, it can host 2 guests in the bedroom, and 2 more in a comfy pullout couch. This is a great place to stay in Florence. The apartment is well stocked, comfortable, and quiet. It’s a terrific location, close enough to the major sights but not in the middle of the tourist hubbub. Check in was efficient and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Perfect Firenze apartment

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and loved this apartment! We loved the neighborhood and it was close to everything. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room. The apartment was very clean with a nice sized bathroom. The kitchen seemed well outfitted although we did not eat in. Too many good restaurants nearby!! We love Florence and would definitely stay here again!

Nice apartment in a quiet area

The apartment was well appointed, particularly with good air conditioning and a washing machine, both of which were essential for our stay. The location was great as it was a quiet street and quiet building, with both grocery and gelato close by. The main attractions were also easily accessible by foot so we could return to cool off and freshen up between activities. Thank you!

Great location

From the minute we got off the train to this fabulous apartment took all of 20 minutes with Diego waiting to greet us. Initially we thought we were on the north side of the Arno River but preferred the south side where you’ll find this very clean rustic-modern apartment, close to everything. Great terrace up the stairs to have a glass of wine and listen to Mozart on vinyl. Diego was great with a lot of insight to our surroundings. Perfecto, Mille grazie

Sweet spot in Santo Spirito

We spent 5 nights in Florence in July in this small apartment across the Arno close to the Carraia Bridge, very close to Ponte Vecchio. It was close enough to the main attractions but far enough that we were not disturbed by the hoards of tourists visiting at the time. The apartment was close to many good or great restaurants that catered to every food preferences including some that were certified by the Celiac Society. The apartment itself was comfortable although the terrace was up a flight of narrow stairs accessible from within the apartment so not really a spot to sit and have coffee. The amenities were all as advertised and the host and property manager were very responsive. A good place for a couple to stay!

Amazing apartment in great location

It’s a beautiful flat in a great location. We loved the terrace and for three of us the bedroom and sofa bed were perfect. Very good air conditioning with two new units. Communication was somewhat challenging and host came across a bit unfriendly in messages. We had issues with keys to the flat that weren’t fully addressed but I’m sure they’ll correct them before the next guest. We would stay again but would would have preferred if all keys worked and host was more friendly in communications!

Great time at Brunella's apartment. Easy communication, very kind, and a wonderful apartment in an accessible walking area with many deliciou restaurants, bars, shops closeby. Definitely would recommend for anyone. One note, there is not an elevator so if you are older or disabled, it may be hard to get to the apartment, but anyone else do not even think about it, book it!

Halte de 3 jours à Florence

Passage à Florence avant un sejour dans la campagne de Toscane. L'appartement était parfait pour 3 personnes, très propre et très soigné dans sa décoration, très bien situé, avec une chambre séparée du salon (canapé lit). Situé dans une ruelle, il y fait forcément un peu sombre. La petite terrasse est sympa mais trop chaude l'été. La ville de Florence nous a modérément séduits, trop minérale, les parcs sont cachés à la vue (murs de 10 m) soit privés, soit payants. La ville est à cette période chaude et bondée, elle manque de charme et de coquetterie. Allez-vous réfugier en visitant la galerie des offices pour y contempler de multiples œuvres majeures de la Renaissance !
