You will feel surrounded by the history of this romantic and fascinating city... Placed on the first floor (29 steps), 50 square meters, accommodates up to 6 people. Consists of 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower. Free WiFi, air conditioning.

Absolutely loved our stay here at the Florence tower apartment. Only one flight of stairs and a super comfy bed. The bathroom was a great size and clean. Lastly the location was perfect we walked everywhere from the Ponte Vecchio to the Duomo all the way to Academia with to see the David. If I find myself back in Florence I will definitely stay here. Can confirm the tooth fairy will visit this apartment if needed!

great location

We had a nice stay in Florence. This apartment was located centrally of all the places we wanted to visit. It was equipped with all that we needed...even a washing machine. We were happy with our stay.

Trip of a Lifetime

My family and I stayed for three nights and found the apartment to be very comfortable. The beds were very cozy and the shower was amazing. We especially appreciated the proximity to major attractions and found the noise level from the street was not a problem. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Make your Florence stay special....we loved it!

Great location. Very nice flat. The couple that handle the property met us there and were just super nice and helpful. Walk from the train station, walk to all the major sites. We highly recommend this apartment and we loved Florence!

The apartment is one block from Piazza Vecchio. 10 minutes to the Duomo. Comfortable AC for hot Florence summer.

Great Location

Great location, price and amenities. However, the unit is up a very tight and very steep stairwell. The property manager was very quick to respond to questions or issues.

Perfect location, great hospitality

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Tower Apartment. The stairs are steep but even though I have knee issues I managed just fine. The location is perfect and was a great base for visiting Florence. There was a grocery store within a few blocks and restaurants and cafes very close by. The Wifi worked well and the shower was wonderful. We would stay there again.

We had a great visit. Overall the apartment was wonderful and Stefania and her group were very informative and helpful. Word of warning though, the stairs are steep and it was a bit of a challenge handling our suitcases. That said, highly recommend!!

Great location

Apartment has a good location, it is within walking distance from train station and major attractions. I was able to turn on the lights for the building stairs from the 1st floor, but I was not able to do so from the apartment door so getting out of the building at night we had to use our phone lights. Definitely will stay again.

Cozy apartment right in the center of Florence.

My family, 2 adults and 2 teenagers had a wonderful time in the Florence Tower Apartment. The location was great for walking to all the sights, restaurants and train station. Stefania and Maria gave us nice recommendations on local sites and restaurants. The apartment was well furnished and clean. There is some late night street noise but we used ear plugs and were fine.

The best location. Historical apartment. Hosts excellent on communication. It could have used updates. It smelled a little musty. Small things like dish soap to clean used dishes would be helpful.

Comfortable apartment in the heart of Florence

Our family of five loved this apartment! Very comfortable and charming. Stefania was so easy to work with. The location couldn't have been better, pretty quiet and central to all the sights. Pros: Comfortable and clean; easy walk from train station; easy communication with owner and assistant. Cons: Steps are steep and might be hard for some people; grocery market was hard to find.

Delightful and wonderful location!

Very accommodating and very comfortable stay! We especially enjoyed picking up groceries from nearby market and preparing a home cooked meal. Loved the "Bar" just around the corner serving delicious hot chocolate. Close to museums, shops and many Fiorenze sites. We could not access GPS with in the city limits so important you locate on local map before driving into city. Parking garage was also convenient. Wish we had time to visit the owner's business but time passed too quickly.

Amazing Location

The location couldn’t be better! Everything Florence has to offer is easy walking distance from this lovely flat. We loved being so close to so much history and culture. The flat was clean and comfortable. A couple things to note. The stairs leading to it are steep and potentially slippery. This is a historic building, wonderfully updated but still has some old world features. Also, be sure to pay the required city tax in advance or you could find yourself locked outside in the rain.

Charming Florence apartment!

Adorable and homey apartment a very short walking distance from many major points of interest. Clean space and friendly, helpful host with great tips on getting the best gelato. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only advice to other travelers is to pack lightly. The stairs, as they are in many places of Italy, are very steep. Otherwise a perfect spot to make you feel like you live there.

A week in Florence

The host, intermediary and owner very quick to respond to any concerns. Wish we had just a tad more info about using different things in the apartment. All attractions were within walking distance. There is a midnight noise curfew for music, none for revelers, which could be a challenge for some because it is so close to all the action.

The Heart of Florence

Our family of four used the apartment as the base for all our activities. We had plenty of space, the washer was very handy, and the beds and air conditioning were fantastic after all the walking we did. Check in was very easy, and Stephania was accommodating as our arrival time changed. We were given recommendations to restaurants and the supermarket. Everything was very close - the Duomo, Uffizzi, Accademia Gallery, Ponte Vecchio - amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better place!!
