Room heavily reeked of smoke even though it was a non smoking room, manager Lisa was very apologetic and did everything she could to remedy situation, but could not rest well in room. Bed linens were stained also and towels were also stained

Common areas seemed dirty with garbage, glass and paper around and roaches in bathroom and around wet areas. Staff were exceptional and pleasant. Baseboard in room bent down like it had been pulled back. Refrigerator was not defrosted after prior occupants use and the buildup was discolored. The toilet did not flush properly.

Listen please take these people off your selection list please!! We had the night from hell!! They have roaches really bad!! Only reason I didnt leave my children went to sleep on top of the sheets. Waiting for the supposed maintenance man to bring spray! When he final got there apparently he went straight to the party that was being held!! The sign at the front tells it all! No refunds under any circumstances. We came for a church function in town by time we got back the roaches had a field day 10ish with 3 children! A hot mess!! I truly wanted to leave... the closet store gave me a bottle I had to fight roaches while my kids slept on top of the bedding they calmed down when sprayed but I shouldn't have had to do so...with a whole bar and grill!! Should be called roach hotel!! They come out hard at night! Left the lights on so we could make it till morning without roaches crawling on us...this makes you all look bad...

Our room smelled like mold and cigarettes. It was a no smoking room. The place is very worn down and outdated. The staff was very nice even though the motel was not.

There was a person already in my room when I arrived. So thought it was no big deal, but that I just received the wrong room key. When I went back to the front desk to notify the staff, they told me lets walk to the room together and check it out. As we returned to the room the person who was in there was gone, but was very easily noticeable that the sheets and towels were just used, the room was just 'freshly' smoked in and, bathroom had hair on it and bugs crawling out of the drain and the staff member said it looks clean to me and asked me if I was high on drugs and that I was just being paranoid. Wasn't very happy with my stay.

There were fleas in the bed. We woke up and saw a roach on the dresser. It smelled of urine right outside our room door. I was woken up in the middle of the night to someone yelling obscenities and banging. Never again.
