Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
We stayed for 3 nights and this place was perfect for what we needed. The location is so convenient to the train station and within a reasonable walk to most things you want to see around Florence. The apartment had good sizes bedrooms and enough space for bags and to hang clothes. The two bathrooms were a big plus. The only negative I could say was that the smaller bathroom didn't have a spot to put anything (like your body wash) in the shower. Other than that everything else was good. The sitting room was a bit small but works well and is a good place to sit and even have dinner/breakfast. Overall the place is great and would recommend staying here if you're venturing to Florence.
