Loved this property!

Location was great, easy to get to bus stops to go any place in Florence. It was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed staying here and the restaurant below the apartment was very good. This was our favorite place we stayed while in Italy.

Good but Great on the horizon.

Nice location out of the fully tourist area but still walkable for those who like to walk. So nicely decorated but...the beds were very uncomfortable, the ceiling leaked, the induction stove needs clear instructions and would be easier with actual induction cookware. Great restaurant below(was not noisy late). Mosquitos also coming in from somewhere...not a new problem-signs of them killed on the walls.

Very cute and modern place to stay!

Apartment was very clean and looked amazing! Everything worked flawlessly. Very close to many shops and restaurants. About a 30 min walk from the duomo and the david. Slept five without a problem.

Nice place

This property was clean and updated. It was easy to communicate with host. It was in a quiet area. The only downside was that it was a 20-30 minute walk to everything we wanted to see.

Great Location

Great little place just a short walk outside the city center. About 10-15 minutes of walking to the Duomo. The area is more suburban and quiet than the inner city. There are several parking garages within walking distance if you have a vehicle. A very delicious Pizza place is right next door for dinner.

The perfect place!

This apartment is absolutely perfect! The neighborhood is amazing and has ever you need. The windows in the apartment overlook the patio seating for the pizza place next door. The bus stop is close and we had the absolute best time here. The host is amazing. 100% recommend!

Loved our stay! So cute. Perfect location away from city center but close enough to walk. Toilet was broken for first day but quickly fixed. No extra supplies so make sure you purchase toilet paper as there were only two rolls. Very cute!! Thank you Edoardo

This is a very charming apt. Great location - close to a supermarket, restaurants, and shopping. Cleanliness: Overall everything was fresh and clean with the exception of the washing machine. When I opened it up to use it, it was very wet and had a pair of someone else's wet socks in there. It smelled so bad that I couldn't bring myself to wash our clothes in it. I did make the management aware of this situation, and hopefully they've addressed the issue for future guests. During our stay, we had issues with the toilet frequently not flushing and the shower would back up to our ankles when we used it. I contacted management about these things and they were very quick to communicate and offered to send the handyman to fix the problems, which we appreciated. Afterwards, the toilet flushed again but only temporarily. However, the shower still did not drain properly. Accuracy of listing: It says there is an oven. There is an induction stove top, but no oven. It also says that there is a coffee maker. This is not entirely accurate. There is a stovetop espresso maker, however it is not compatible with the induction stove top and therefore useless. There were also many pots and pans available, but most of them were useless bc they were not induction compatible. Another point I feel the need to point out: The person who checked us in was trying to tell us not to use the AC. We did not appreciate this bc AC is the main reason we selected this apt.

Walkable to everything!

The apartment was nice and local to everything. Walking to destinations was easy and felt local but also we were close to the action. Apartment had lots of mosquitos and the air conditioner for the room with two single beds was behind the wall? Was pretty uncomfortable for me staying in that room. Other room and living room pullout was fine and AC hit good. Pros: Location, cleanliness, and easy communication. Cons: Mosquitos (out of their control) and the AC for the second room.

Great location

Great location, nice apartment. Close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Had a lot of trouble getting any type of transportation like a taxi to get to where we needed to go from here but able to walk to most everywhere.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Location was excellent! Shops, restaurants, and downtown were very close. The apartment had all the amenities. The only bad thing was the cleaning of the apartment. The floor especially was extremely dirty. I will also have someone a bit more friendly to greet guests upon arrival. The person who greeted us was a bit rude.

Great location, but so dirty.

We arrived in Florence later than what check-in was, but we communicated what time we were set to arrive with the host (also adding we did not have a phone plan so we could only message when we had wifi). The person letting us into the apartment was late, these things happen, but we had just been traveling all day with two young kids so it was off to a bad start. We were let in to the apartment only to find it was not yet cleaned (check-in was at 2pm and this was around 5pm), we were told to leave all our bags and go eat and the place would be cleaned within an hour and a half. As we were finding a place to leave our bags that was not completely filthy, the cleaners arrived and told us they would be done in 20 minutes. I told them to please take their time, not to rush, we would go for dinner and come back in a couple hours. When we got back I could see they couldn't have taken longer than 20 minutes. The floors were SO dirty, all the high touch areas (door handles and door frames, light switches, etc) were caked on with dirt--I had some antibacterial wipes and used those to scrub the dirt off these areas, and there was a VERY thick layer of dust on all the decor and tops of cabinets. The extra blankets looked like they were disposable and were all ripped and one was very stained. It was very disappointing how dirty everything was, even the walls were completely scuffed up--nothing like the crisp looking apartment from the photos. All that said, it was a great location.

Tres jolie appartement renove avec gout et functionel.Tres bon emplacement pres des commerces, courte distance a pied des principales attractions et bus.Un peu brouillant le soir (cela donne sur la cour dune pizzeria) mais ca ferme assez tot meme en weekendPar contre attention aux moustiques !!!! La litterie merite detre remplacee

Beau logement

Hôte très à l écoute de nos besoins, néanmoins équipement de cuisine , un peu juste au niveau couverts, la cafetière est petite pour un logement pour 4 personnes, 3 casseroles ou poêles inutilisables car pas adaptées à l induction et ce malgré l adaptateur de plaques, les tabourets bien que réparés avec une ficelle étaient très instables. Le séjour fut néanmoins très agréable, avec un logement très bien situé.

Bien placé

L’appartement est bien placé à 15min à pied du centre. Les lits sont confortables et c’est propre. Nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants et c’était petit. La cuisine pourrait être mieux équipée, 3 couteaux pour 5 c’est peu! Il manque pas mal de vaisselle si vous voulez faire vos repas dans le logement. En juillet, nous avons eu beaucoup de moustiques et la salle de bain est une fournaise, probablement que le four à pizza en dessous n’aide pas. Nous étions pendant les grosses chaleurs. L’appartement doit être plus agréable sinon. Le prix est cher pour la prestation mais cela doit être généralisé à Florence.

히터도 잘 들어오고, 물 쓰고 창문도 잘 동작하고 좋았어요. microwave 가 없어서 (당연히 있을 줄 알았는데) 불편했어요. vacuum이 있음 좋았을 텐데.. 청소하고 싶어도 빗자루만 있어서 좀 답답하더라구요.. 뭘 이런 거야 사소한 거고, 일주일 있는 동안 잘 묵었다 갑니다.
