Located on the first floor of a building without an elevator, it is necessary to walk up a flight of stairs to reach the apartment.

The apartment is located in a limited traffic zone; we recommend parking in a private garage nearby and walking to the apartment.

Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.

Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
