Charming apartment in the heart of the historical center, very close to all the attractions and historical monuments and train station S. M.N.

The apartment is completely renovated, very clean, carefully furnished with authentic Florentine furniture and equipped with air conditioning and all the comforts.

Very close there is a laundromat and a well-stocked supermarket (Conad).
The area is easily accessible from the Santa Maria Novella train station by foot (1KM) or by bus (line C2).

The apartment has got: air conditioning; LCD TV; Wi-Fi service with fiber with high speed, sheets and towels, microware, coffee espresso machine, hair dryer, shower, fridge and freezer; iron and ironing board; mattress topper with water gel, 1 music pillow with memory foam, new windows with double glazing anti noise, safe.

Great Location

The location is great and the two main rooms have large windows and great light. Otherwise it’s a pretty basic flat with no added touches; the bathroom could use some TLC.

This adorable apartment is in the heart of all you need to see in Florence. Everything is a quick walk away. It has all the comforts you need for your stay. Very comfortable beds!! Would stay here again.

This location was perfectly located for us to tour all of the major attractions we wanted to see. We didn’t spend much time in the actual apartment, but the time we did spend was very comfortable and met our expectations.

We LOVED this apartment! It was sooo cute and spacious and in person it was even nicer than the photos. The location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere in 15 minutes or less. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again!

Excellent Location!

This apartment was in a great location. Paula was very helpful and responsive to any of our inquiries. It was within walking distance to great restaurants, and all the major sight seeing attractions. The Vietnamese restaurant on the ground level was very very good. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent Florence Location

Paola's apartment is adorable, and has everything 2-3 people could need. Paola is quickly responsive to all communication. The location is easily walkable to all attractions, and if you don't feel like walking there's a bus stop right outside the door. Like other reviews mentioned, it's loud. But I can't imagine a spot in the center of Florence that isn't. Think of it as part of the charm. Also, make sure to eat at the Vietnamese restaurant downstairs. Amazing!

Walkable location

This location was walkable to the Duomo and to the river area, however the neighborhood was not that great, the bed was uncomfortable, very noisy on the weekends and unless you can close the shutter the building light shines in the bedroom all night. It also needs some TLC.

Very noisy location (earplugs provided by host) & host didn’t advise of a new WhatsApp number leaving us stranded outside for 10 minutes until we’d emailed her to be let in on arrival. Wine offered in greeting manual however advised “the guest before drank it all”. Not a great start to our Florence leg of the trip. We did adore Florence and surrounding areas on our day trips though.

Gute Wohnung in einem tollen Stadtteil von Florenz. Fußläufig in kurzer Zeit in der Stadtmitte. Die Küche ist sehr rudimentär ausgestattet und nur für einfaches kochen geeignet, aber für uns war es super!

Great property everything is within luck walking distance. I crossed the river several times ate at the pizza shop on the block. It was very good. I stopped in for a to-go beverage(s) at the Mexican food place down the road. Lovely place

Walk to EVERYTHING. Clean and Comfy!

WOW! Florence is amazing and this was the perfect place to stay. We could walk to everything! Even the train station was within a mile. The host was responsive and the check in was extremely easy. The property was clean and spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend!

5 nights in Santa Croce

Excellent location. Very well equipped and clean. Communication with hosts was a little delayed, but it was not a problem. The checkin worked fine. Only minor issue was street noise. We like to sleep with open windows if we can, but in this case we had to give that up and close and latch the windows and turn on the well-working AC/fan. That worked well and shut out 90% of the street noise. Slept great.

The location of this property was truly incredible! Quick walks to the main attractions in Florence. The location is the best part of the apartment! Easy communication during my stay, however, they didn’t answer the email or Vrbo message sent before we got there.

Great location

Smaller than it appears in photos. Too crowded for 4 adults. Disappointed in cleanliness. The doors, trim and everywhere people have to touch repeatedly were very dirty. Kitchen was fairly well equipped.

Amazing location - Amazing Host

Was our first time in Florence and this location filled all our needs. Steps away from amazing restaurants, grocery stores and all the big sites to see around Firenze. Host Paola made the check in experience super simple and the property was in great condition. A little noisy at nights due to being off a Main Street but did not bother the overall stay. Thanks Paola for the awesome stay!

Good place to stay

The apartment is about 20 minutes from Piazza de Republica. It's up one flight of Florentine stairs. It was bright, ckean and well appointed. On Saturday nights, the neighborhood is lively! The noise was not enough to keep us awake, but the host provides earplugs, so if youre a really light sleeper, he's got you covered.

Italy trip

The property is close to everything jus 10-15 minute walk. Very good restaurants near by and also away from the busy area . Easy to walk to the dumo square and short taxi ride from train station . Would definetly stay again
