Very happy with my stay
Was given a garden room which was very quiet. Great room, with towels, soap, insect repellent and air con. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a good selection. The hotel is out to the west of Florence so if you are walking to the north or east of town it can take around half an hour at a good pace. Personally I liked being away from the noise of central Florence but could be a negative point if you are wanting to be in the heart of the action. I would definitely return.

Great location, excellent staff!
We absolutely loved this place. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful! The location was excellent, it was a short walk to the city center or just around the corner from the bus. Breakfast was good, I would stay there again for sure!

Comfortable room about 20 minute walk from the city cente and 5 minutes to the Arno river. Bars and restaurants near by. Laundromat about 15 minutes away on other side of the river opposite an Irish themed pub!

NICE HOTEL CLOSE TO THE TRAIN STATION
The hotel is about 15 min walk from the train station. If you have luggages, it's better to take the taxi which costs only about 8 Euros. When we got into the hotel, Lorenzo was very helpful. He gave us all the tips we need to know. Thanks to Gabriel too for searching for a church for us with an English Mass on Sunday morning. We had to go on an early morning tour the next day we checked in and the breakfast bags given to us were more than enough. Their breakfast which was included in the room rate was good. Although the hotel is in an old building, the rooms are comfortable and bigger than the tiny European rooms we've been to. If we go back to Florence, we will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Great staff and location
This hotel is located a little bit away from the city Center, which meant it was nice and quiet at night. It is a short 15 minute walk along the river to get to the heart of the city. The reception staff were fantastic. Very positive attitudes and eager to help with recommendations or directions.

Great value,easy walking distance of main sights
It was situated in a very old building on a very quiet street which is unusual in Florence. Don't expect a modern interior as its very in keeping with its architecture. The room was of a good size with large comfy bed overlooking the pretty courtyard. The bathroom however was narrow and the fixtures could do with an update. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful
