Wonderful hotel - friendly & helpful staff, spotlessly clean. Beautiful breakfasts with wide range of selection. Close to tram stop from airport. Close enough to town to walk to see the sights. There was also a well equipped gym includung treadmill and outdoor swimming pool Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel near train station. I felt safe easy walk to main attractions. Great location to get to from the airport by tram. Only draw back is the area is not very pretty but a town that was built in the 1400 who cares.

Great location. Away from the city center but we easily walked with our bags along the sidewalk for 5 minutes from S.M. Novella train station. Breakfast and dinner options were great. About 15 minute walk to city center/duomo. Highly recommend this hotel

It's only 1 year old renoveatied hotel, so it's very clean and warm room condition and very spacious bed. We stayed 3 nights and it locates near SMN station and very walkable to tourist spots.

Hotel Indigo was a great stay after a long trip to Florence! It was great that is was such a short walk from the train station. We had the most wonderful staff help us from start to our unexpected extended stay. The room was extremely clean and beautiful with a great balcony over the pool, which was also a blessing on such a hot week. To no fault of Hotel Indigo, but it is slightly removed from central area of Florence. Guaranteed if I return to Florence I will be staying here again!
