The house is excellent. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked and the furniture is well-appointed, including three recliners in the living room. The basement has a wonderful laundry room which also has lots of games. The backyard is equally nice and the location is perfect for visiting the Ark and the Creation Museum. Highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful place to stay! The hosts have thought about how to make the house comfortable, with spices and cooking oil in the pantry and lap blankets next to the couch to cuddle up with while reading. They also made a wonderful notebook of local attractions and nearby stores which we appreciated. Very quiet neighborhood. Convenient to the Ark Encounter and Cincinnati. Convenient to restaurants and shopping as well. Would recommend to others looking for a nice home base while visiting in the area!

Loved staying here for our museum and Ark visit. house situated near grocery stores, gas stations and freeway. very quiet, quaint neighborhood with easy in, out access. House was clean and easily accommodated three friends who travel together. I would stay here again in the future. Host was extremely friendly and quickly responded to questions. instructions for departure were simple and quick! Great place.

Everything about the home was perfect! The house was very clean. Amenities were abundant and nice. We enjoyed the little rabbits that would come & go outside the back. Guess they were neighborhood rabbits. TV worked well. Games in the basement were fun!

Great place to stay for Ark and Creation Museum

House was clean and exactly as described. We were impressed with the house! It was a great place to come back to after visiting the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter, and a great location of you plan on visiting both sites. The kids loved playing in the basement and with the toys! There is a nice little backyard to play in. The couches reclined, which the adults appreciated. We would love to stay there again and recommend to others!

Great house but not as clean as I expected

We stayed here on a recent trip with our four young children to visit the creation museum, the ark, Cincinnati zoo, and a Reds game. It was a great location and in a nice neighborhood where we felt safe. The house has lots of space and the basement is great for the kids to let some energy out. However, the bathrooms were not super clean and that is something that can ruin a stay for me.

Property exceeded our expectation. Our days were spent visiting the Creation Museum, the Ark, conservatory, market, riverboat dinner tour and street car. This was truly a great “home” to return to each evening to relax and regroup for the next day. Extremely clean, well organized, everything you need. Beautiful neighborhood. Perfect location for getting to the sites we visited. Our senior ladies travel group rate this property as one of the very nicest we have visited…even enjoyed the basement ping pong and air hockey.

Amazing Place

Even before we arrived, we felt the hospitality from our host. The house was clean and well stocked for our whole trip--something I have not seen in other rentals. We were personally welcomed by name with a sign upon entering. Snacks were provided on the dining table. A welcome book was well organized and quite helpful. All instructions for guests were easy to understand and totally reasonable. Thanks Molly for an amazing stay in Kentucky.
