After a 15 minute walk to the requested apartment we were contacted by the property manager that it was not the one we would be staying in. We walked back to the area were we had just came from and was greeted by the property manager. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and air-conditioned. The location was better than the apartment we had reserved so we didn't complain. I got the impression they manage many properties in Florence. Just confirm the address before arriving.
