We were right on the Arno River. We had a great view. We enjoyed sitting on the patio. We were in a great location to see all the sights. We walked everywhere. The trip to Florence exceeded our expectations.

The location was wonderful for everything we did in Florence. The apartment was spacious and the terrace view unbelievable. Many restaurants in this area. Our host , Marusca , was friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our 7th time in Florence.

The deck is amazing! Best view we’ve ever had. Apartment is ideal, very comfortable, with everything you would need. Marusca, our host was terrific. Check in was a breeze and she gave us enough time and local insider info to make the whole visit fantastic. Highly recommended!

This apartment has everything you could possibly need—it’s close to everything with lots of space, storage, and amenities. And the terrace! It’s a gorgeous view of the city icons, and we had musicians playing faint music each night 😍 The hostess is welcoming and very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely loved staying in this wonderful home. Communication was great, easy check in and check out. Bed and pillows super comfortable. Many thoughtful amenities. Having a washer was great for a week stay. Location couldn’t be better for all Florence has to offer. The balcony was the best place for morning tea and evening wine listening to the wonderful melodies coming from the musicians on the Ponte Vecchio. It was a quiet, cozy & relaxing place to return to after exploring Florence, highly recommend it and hope to return in the future!

Check in was easy, host met us and gave us recommendations for food.. The place had an amazing view. Second only to our place in Santorini. Shopping and restaurants were extremely close. We found a wonderful place called Toto’s which was just over the bridge, and was a family owned place that hosted a lot of locals, so you know it’s good. And the prices were amazing. The water pressure in the shower was decent and it was nice having a kitchen and washer, although we didn’t end up using much other than the refrigerator, as why would you go to Italy just to cook your own food? Ha ha Again the view was absolutely amazing. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and I would recommend this listing to anyone looking for an amazing place in a beautiful city.

This our seventh time visiting Florence and our second stay at this apartment that has beautiful balcony views of the Ponte Vecchio bridge overlooking the Arno River. We were welcomed by the host upon our arrival and given great recommendations of local restaurants, bars and attractions. I would highly recommend this gem of an apartment in this prime location.

Our stay in this lovely flat was fantastic. Our host was gracious, kind, and communicative, while the flat was clean and well appointed. Of cource, our favorite part was the beautiful terrace overlooking the River Arno and Ponte Vecchio. We enjoyed the beautiful landscape, watching the river from our glorious perch while listening to tlive music floating up from the bridges below. It was also nice to have accommodations in such a convenient location that allowed us to take a break after a morning of sightseeing before venturing out for further explorations in the afternoon. It was perfect!

It's true. This is a magical terrace, where it is difficult to drag your self away from even though magical Florence awaits just downstairs. Fantastic from start to finish. Excellent communication with Marusca. Love her energy and passion.Everything you could need is there. Apartment close to everything for easy walking and major supermarket 2 mins walk from apartment. The apartment was very nice. The rooms were good size, and comfortable, and a functional kitchen [a big plus]. It's the terrace that was the highlight. It was so special, right on the Arno river looking at the bridges. the boats, the people and a view of the Domo. Sunrises, sunsets the city lit up at night and convenient to walk to everything. A great food market near by. Loved it wish I stayed longer.

My daughter in law & I stayed 4 wonderful nights in the apartment and just loved it. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee & in the evening a glass of wine. If you are on the balcony early in the morning you may be able to watch the hot air balloons fly by. And in the evening we enjoyed the musicians on the Ponte Vecchio as well the violinist on the small boats on the Arno. Our hosts made sure we had everything we needed in the apartment and you won’t go wrong renting this lovely apartment.

We stayed for 3 days and could have stayed much longer. The property overlooked the Ponte Vecchio and every night we had a free concert! One night it was blues another night more jazzy - each night was something different and just sitting on the balcony was magical - watching the lights and the people. We cooked in one night and had everything we needed. Keep in mind that shopping is pretty much done daily so the freezer is not meant to hold much. Also, if you are traveling from the USA, note that dryers take much longer. The unit is a washer/dryer combo and drying cottons takes about 2 hours. We used this as a stop on our 18 day tour and needed the laundry. Drying clothes outside worked much better than the dryer. Awesome location! The supermarket was steps from the unit - super convenient for groceries and wine. The host provided a wonderful overview of the area with recommendations. Also, you are one street away from the wine window! If you’ve watched Stanley Tucci, Searching For Italy - it’s on his Florence episode.
