Hello! My name is Nik Doda and I am the Italian-American owner of this luxury apartment which is located in one of the most prestigious areas of the city, steps from the Opera di Firenze and around the corner from the Arno river. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a deluxe building served by 2 elevators. This location is the most desirable, as it is within easy walking distance to the city center as well as convenient public transportation. Pay parking is available nearby.

Bright and airy with large French windows, this deluxe apartment has been fully renovated recently with every modern amenity. The luxury apartment has wood floors throughout and consists of 2 double bedrooms and 2 ENSUITE bathrooms with rain showers. Each bedroom has one American Queen size bed suitable for 2 people. One bedroom opens out to a large balcony facing a quiet inner courtyard, and the other bedroom has a large window with a view. The balcony is also accessible from the open plan kitchen with a dining table for 4, a living room with a sofa and HD TV. Ideal for two couples for a short or medium term rental. This elegant & quiet apartment that faces an inner courtyard, is the perfect choice for a wonderful experience in Florence.

In this apartment you will find a clothes washer & dryer, hairdryer, oven, fridge, toaster, microwave, espresso coffee maker and gas cooker and all necessary kitchenware. Linens and towels are provided. Please treat everything as if it were in your own home and clean up after yourself.

Air conditioning & Heating is at your disposal. When you are not in the apartment, please turn off all the lights, heating and air conditioning.
Easily accessible by car paid parking is also available close to the apartment.

Cleaning is included for each rental up to 7 nights. If you are going to stay longer than 7 nights then there will be a 65 Euro charge in cash, payable upon arrival, for every extra 7 nights stay or part thereof. This fee includes cleaning and change of linens and towels.

I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists
I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay

Beautifully remodeled apartment with modern amenities. We liked that it was not in an area crowded with tourists but was easy to get to the places we wanted to see via tram and bus services that are literally steps away from the building entrance. Many restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Nik was great host.

What an amazing apartment! We absolutely loved the space and amenities provided. Nik was easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. Exceptional safety measures made us feel safe and comfortable. The elevators were a godsend after our Rome time where we had to carry luggage up 5 flights of stairs!!

Perfect stay - amazing host!

Our host was an amazing communicator in advance to help us prepare for our arrival, and was highly responsive with recommendations and when we had questions during our stay. The modern apartment had everything we needed (and more!); the extra touches were a nice surprise and easily helped us feel at home (refrigerator stocked with water, kitchen with cooking necessities, and books/magazines available). We were personally welcomed and given a tour of the place, and the location is two easy tram stops from the train station! This was easily our favorite place we stayed in Italy; it will feel like home to us if we are lucky to return one day!! Thank you for an amazing stay!! We highly recommend this gem to others!

Really a nice stay

A very nice apartment that was spotless and had everything we needed. It was easy to get to and had a lift that made it easy with our bags. Very nicely done, we were pleased and comfortable. Communication with Nik was perfect and responsive. We will definitely stay again!

Spacious, Clean and Perfect stay in Florence!

Property was very spacious with several amenities. Just outside the main tourist area but only 15-20min walk to get just about everywhere. Close to the metro and bus station. Modern look with two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Excellent dining options within a two minute walk. Nik was very welcoming!
