Convenient location, only an 18 min walk from train station. So close to all of the beautiful sights of Florence. We loved the space and amenities in the unit. Check in and check out were seamless. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this place—it felt so homey and was perfect for our family stay. The location is ideal, and we really enjoyed the neighborhood. The old-world charm of the home is just lovely. Our first time in Florence and this was an ideal place to stay. Located in the heart of the city on a classic cobblestone street. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall it is in a pretty nice area as everything is walkable. Biggest Con is that there is not lift and you have to carry your bags to 1st or 2nd floor. The luggage storage is limited to 3 bags hence if you have three bags no one else checking in on another day can store luggage. It says it is an apart hotel but no one available in person to assist you.

We had a 1 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms that was perfect for a family of 5. The apartment was an old world vibe that was perfect for Florence. They even had a washing machine and dryer for guest to use in the basement. Extremely easy check-in! Everything you need to see in Florence is within walking distance.

Our room was great for group or family with upstairs and downstairs sleeping and 2 bathrooms. Be careful on stairs though and if a light sleeper this is located in a neighborhood so you will hear the noise. Easy walk to fabulous local restaurant, bar and gelato plus easy walk to all the local tourist attractions without having to be in the tourist district. We lived our stay and would return.
