Florence location perfect. Centre of everything. BUT on Level three. No lift. 60 steps to apartment. Very noisy part of town ... Morning: septic tank pump out in street starts 6 am one day of the week, building work nearby other days, very popular ice cream shop underneath building with noisy tourist traffic all day, bar five doors away and drunken patrons emerge up to 1 am. Apart from this it is wonderful.
