"Signoria Palace" LUX & DESIGN LOFT/APT with Panoramic Terrace

The apartment / LOFT (Brand new !!!) it is located on the 3rd and last floor of a historic building in the center of Florence behind Piazza della Signoria.
The Design Apartment is furnished with Luxury furniture, spread over two levels: the lower floor consists of a large living room with two windows, from which you can admire the Arnolfo Tower and part of Palazzo Vecchio, a kitchen with table equipped dining room (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, induction hob, cutlery), a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The living room through an open staircase leads to the upper floor where there is the second double bedroom and a large bathroom with bidet toilet and shower; on the same floor, through the mezzanine (overlooking the lounge below) you enter the third bedroom with 2 single beds (can be joined).
The ceiling is made with original exposed beams from the 1300s.
From the upper floor, through an internal staircase, you can access the 25 sqm panoramic terrace. (with 360 ° view), where you can spend a pleasant evening by candlelight and enjoy a breathtaking night view of the main historical monuments and the Florentine Renaissance artistic beauties.
The apartment (100 m2) located on the 3rd floor (without elevator) it was completely renovated in 2017; can accommodate up to 6 people (not recommended for families with children under the age of 6).
The apartment is 100 meters away. from Piazza Signoria, Uffizi Gallery, Il Bargello and Ponte Vecchio, in 5 minutes on foot you can reach the Duomo, Santa Maria Novella, Piazza Santa Croce, Palazzo Pitti and the main shopping streets.
In the area you can also find restaurants, trattorias and pizzerias to spend a pleasant evening in the company of enjoying Tuscan cuisine.

Great apartment!

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment is centrally located, easy walking distance to all of the historic sites and the center of the city. The rooftop terrace was beautiful. Our 2 daughters each had their own bedroom and shared a bathroom on the 2nd floor, while we had bedroom and bathorrom on the 1st floor. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and amazing views

Emiliano was very responsive to our communications, met us at the front door when we agreed and was very helpful to get us situated in this wonderfully located apartment. The description was accurate and include many small details that made the stay even better than advertised. Having access to the private rooftop terrace was a wonderful bonus.

AMAZING!

Great location! Such a beautiful apartment. Beds were so comfortable. The outdoor patio had the best views! Can’t say enough about the host — he was really nice, super communicative and helpful. Only thing I would say is if you have trouble with stairs, there are 80 to get to the flat … just an fyi. We didn’t mind at all! (Plus it was a nice way to burn off some pizza and pasta calories!). 100% recommend!!!

Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful city.

Superbly appointed modern holiday space. Immaculately clean with every need facilitated. The view from the top floor terrace is divine and more than compensates for the steps up to the accommodation. Returned home relaxed yet fitter!

My wife and another couple enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and the villa was nicely furnished with plenty of space and the roof deck provided spectacular views. We were perfectly fine hiking three levels of stairs however it would not be a fit for those who could not.

Gorgeous apartment in perfect location!

We absolutely loved this apartment. It is so modern and chic and the location cannot be beat! Perfectly clean and comfortable and Emiliano was so helpful and provided all the information we needed to have an amazing stay in Firenze!!! The rooftop deck had the most beautiful views of the city. Beautiful & spacious with a fantastic location!

We recently traveled as a family (2 adults, 2 seniors) to Florence. Emiliano’s loft was perfect for us and surpassed my expectations! The apartment was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. It was so nice to have a large living room, a stocked kitchen and a beautiful private terrace as opposed to staying in 2 hotel rooms without common space. The location was centrally located and convenient. While the steps were no doubt a workout, it was an excuse to eat more Tuscan bread!

Great Location

Everything went as planned for this stay and the apartment was clean and newly updated. I would suggest that an extra chair be placed in the TV area since it sleeps 6 but only seats 4-5 in the living room. I would also suggest more pillows be added to each bed as the ones provided are flat as a pancake and there are no extras if sleeping 6.

Spectacular Florence appmnt

Wonderful appmnt right in middle of Florence. Spectacular rooftop open terrace perfect for evening wind-down and views of the city. There are a lot of steps to the apartment but it’s absolutely worth it to have your own outdoor space overlooking Florence - and right next to the Uffizi. Couldn’t be better !! Plenty of room for 6

Easy walk to everywhere in Florence. We loved the location. The loft was clean and comfortable. We had four adults and it was more than spacious. We were warned about the steps but they are a doozie so just get ready. If you have no issues with stairs it will be fine. Check in and checkout was easy and efficient and Emiliano and his wife were lovely. I would totally recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Florence.

Beautiful apartment !!

We just checked out of the flat in which we stayed in for a week. It is extremely comfortable and the lay out is perfect. All beds were comfortable and the shared beds were king sized. Anything you need is in the apartment. The rooftop deck was chilly this time of year but we we’re up there every evening for the sunset. Netflix after touring all day was an added bonus. Hope to return soon!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Front door probably 50 yards from Uffizi gallery. Perfect for our family of 6. Emiliano was a friendly and accommodating host. The apartment is very nicely furnished and decorated. The kitchen had up to date appliances. Rooftop terrace has beautiful views and (more importantly for us) a functioning washer. Air conditioning worked great throughout stay. Be prepared to for steep climb up 4 flights of stairs to get to the apartment! No elevator! Would highly recommend to any able-bodied group staying in Florence.

Beautiful Apartment in a Great Location

My family recently spent three nights in this lovely apartment and would highly recommend it to everyone! Emiliano met us promptly and assisted with getting our luggage upstairs; he's an excellent host and provided his contact number in case we needed anything or had questions after he left. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated. Everything you will need during your stay is readily available and in excellent condition. The restaurant and other recommendations Emiliano has compiled are top-notch. The location is absolutely perfect for quickly getting to the major sites. Although the weather was a little cool and rainy during our visit, we spent as much time as possible up on the balcony with gorgeous views of Florence. If we ever are lucky enough to return, we would love to rent the apartment again.

Best location in Florence

The condo was amazing. So easy to book, easy and amazing communication with Emiliano, the owner. He met us at the time we requested, showed us around. The condo is beautiful. The only complaint was no English speaking channels on tv, but really that was fine. Easy to use Netflix and Prime. The view from the roof terrace was awesome. The condo was less than a five minute walk to everything. It was so central, so occasionally a little noisy at night, but that is city living. There are a lot of stairs, but even that we got used to and it helps burn off the great pizza right downstairs. I also am a VRBO owner,, so know how difficult it is to do a great job, and the owner was amazing. Know that you can’t go wrong with this apartment.
