Communication with Leonardo was great. He answered my messages quickly, and provided tips. The location was very central. Accommodations were comfortable and clean. Great shower! And the view from the terrace was as advertised.

Awesome place!

So happy we selected this place. Situated right next to everything we wanted to see. Place had plenty of room for just my wife and I. We were able to get in earlier than anticipated and the host communicated very well. The directions sent to get into the place were clear and easy. I highly recommend this place!!!

Great location

Check in is easy with very detailed instructions. There are stairs to the apartment, but not as many as some reviews seem to think, plus it is on the top floor, which obviously gives you the lovely view of the Duomo. The location is excellent, minutes from the central market and train station. Only minor complaint is there are no wine glasses, but otherwise an excellent stay

Central location! Wonderful view from terrace!

Wonderful little apartment close to everything!! Host was very responsive and gave clear instructions and suggestions for our stay. Most tourist attractions were very easily reached by foot within 30 minutes. The apartment was lovely, with a view of the Duoma from the sweet little terrace. There are LOTS of stairs to reach this apartment but it’s well worth the climb!

Autumn trip

Start with the Positives. Great communication with host. We self checked in with ease. Location is close to the train station and within walking distance to everywhere. Some constructive feedback: I couldnt use the iron because the ironing board was not in good condition. Also, the previous tenants must not have washed the dishes very well because they were quite dirty and we rewashed everything we used. Finally, everytime someone used water (either in the apartment our neighboring apartments), we heard a hot water tank noise. Its not a big deal, but a few times during our stay it woke us up at 5am. Still, overall it was enjoyable staying at this location.

Nice Stay in Florence.

The home has everything you need for your stay in Florence, very well located to everything. It is on the top floor but that is very clear in the description and was not an issue for us. The place had a kitchenette with table, bedroom good, with extra bedding if needed for colder nights-we did not. The balcony had nice view, furniture is a little bit wobbly and there was mop and cleaning supplies out there so not luxurious but to be honest we spent very little time at the place. Shower had great water pressure and it was nice to have a washer in the unit. Would stay there again.

I feel like owner should have met us there to show us where the lights, etc. were. We had to go up many flights of stairs (7 flights) to get to 2nd floor. Tired from our travel & not knowing where we were or how to turn on lights, dragging our suitcases up. Then when we got in, the apartment was infested with mosquitoes. Couldn't even enjoy the little balcony because of the mosquito's. Toilet made crazy noises at night & we thought it was overflowing. Would have been nice to have someone there to explain & show us. Just would have been nicer if someone had been there to show us.

No time for us

We arrived at 2:00 pm at the apartment. Cosimo said he wouldn't be there until 4:00 pm. Luckily another fellow let us in and got hold of Cosimo at work. He arrived shortly after but had no time for us. If we hadn't run into Cosimo later that evening while we were on our way out we would never have seen him again. There was an awful sewer gas smell in the apartment. I left a message for Cosimo about this but he never got back to me.

Gemütliches Appartment in bester City Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und haben vor allem auch die kurzen Wege in die historische Innenstadt geschätzt. Der Self-Checkin lief prima und auch sonst war die Kommunikation mit der Agentur sehr angenehm. Wir können das Appartment auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Great Location near the Heart of Florence!

We found the location very convenient to the train station, Central Market, shopping, and restaurants. We were met by Cosimo's Sister and she was more than gracious and helpful during our check-in. Great location!

This was a great location in the center of Florence. It was lacking a few amenities such as coffee filters, toilet paper and soap. Thank goodness for the 99 cent store close by. I never did find coffee filters but was able to make them out of paper towels.

Excellent experience

Cosimo met us within minutes of our arrival in Florence. Throughout our stay he was helpful, prompt in meeting our needs and the perfect host. He speaks English very well and has a winning personality. The apartment, though small, was clean and several English-language TV stations were available. The apartment is conveniently located to tourist attractions and the train and bus stations. It was tight quarters for the two of us after a month's stay, but we wouldn't object to another visit there. The terrace view of the cathedral dome was perfect. We had meals and "happy hours" on the terrace often. Thank you, Cosimo, for a great experience.
