Great place for one or two

This property was the perfect size for my recent stay in Florence. It was in short walking distance to museums, shopping and dining. The apartment was on the top floor with no elevator, so I got plenty of steps in. Check in and check out was easy, and the communication from property management was very good.

Overall a comfortable stay without issue. The noise at night was a bit concerning, but closing the windows and doors helped for the most part. Note that there are many stairs and a narrow stairwell to reach the unit with no elevator. This definitely made transporting our luggage a bit challenging. Otherwise, we had good help carrying our luggage up with flexibility around check-in time. Thank tou!

THE BEST, but especially the window

This place was dreamy! I loved everything about it. So clean, well appointed and CUTE. Plus, the dramatic beauty of that window that lets you see outside the city is pure magic. I personally don't mind walking up stairs, so make sure you're okay with that.Would 10/10 recommend this spot!

It was a great location as you could walk to many things. There is a bar on the corner which gets a lot of late night traffic and that did keep us up late, even with closing the window. It does say top on the listing but there are many, many stairs. Also, the bathroom light did not work.

Great location and size for two people!

We did enjoy our stay and the location was great. Communication with the management was great as well. The only slight negative would be with dust allergies, under the bed and sofa were very thick with dust. The description of the place didn’t mention the flights of stairs without a lift. It was fine for us being healthy and able but had I brought another family member that struggles it would have been an issue. Those are not meant to be overly negative, just things that can be easily adjusted with cleaning and description. We were very happy with the accommodations overall.
