I have NEVER LEFT A REVIEW ON EXPEDIA. .. and I’m a Gold member - lots of trips The property does not match the pictures. 1. The one toilet to the bedroom totally stopped working for days - leaving only one toilet downstairs so in the middle of the night, you have to go turn on the lights and go down some steep stairs and use the one downstairs was still not fixed. They were aware of this. They sent to workmen over the workmen made a mess and he didn’t clean it up and said they need to do more work on it. 2. The apartment appears in photos as clean. It’s not there was mold in the sink and mold in the bathroom. The shower curtain literally had mold on it and I requested that they exchange it and they did. 3. I believe the apartment was beautiful at one point hence the photos, but it is just sloppily cared for. 4. Walls have marks on them that you can tell. I’ve been there for a long time. 5. The posting show paintings on the wall in the bedroom, they’re not there it’s just plain. 6. The listing shows beautiful balcony with FurnitureThere’s no furniture on the balconies just an empty space. 7. There was no curtain in the bedroom for the floor ceiling doors. So no way to sleep in the dark I requested a curtain. I had a guy bring one over but it was only the size of a window and goes halfway still like that. 8. It says it has a washer and dryer but it’s only a washer. 9. The apartment has runs through an agent. The agent is very nice, but it’s in neglect for sure.

Un engaño al cliente

Nunca me pude alojar en este lugar ya que al llegar quien nos recibió nos solicitó abonar cargos adicionales que no estaban claramente identificados en la reserva. Luego de 3 llamados telefónicos al dueño del apartamento quien nos dijo que frecuentemente le sucedía lo mismo y que esos cargos estaban en la “letra chica” de la reservación. Realmente considero un engaño al cliente que no estén esos importes extras claramente identificados al realizar la reservación cuando te muestra el “importe final” que NO lo es en realidad ya que luego al momento de alojarse se debe abonar otros cargos que son mas altos que el total de lo abonado en el momento de reservar, por lo tanto el “precio final real” es del DOBLE. El dueño del apartamento luego de discutir telefónicamente nos dijo que si desistíamos de alojarnos nos reintegraría el importe abonado al reservar, cosa que tampoco sucedió. Por lo tanto no recomiendo alojarse aquí ya que es un engaño al cliente en todo sentido. Espero que ningún otro huésped deba pasar por esta situación tan incomoda.

Cobraron 90 euros por limpieza de la habitación Sin avisarnos antes. Nadie sabía nada ni nos recibían a pesar de que enviamos hora de llegada. Avisamos que necesitábamos dejar maletas hasta las 6 y quieren cobrar por ello Es un abuso. La ubicación excelente

Old world Firenze apartment with modern comfort

The apartment was quite beautiful. Nice big bedrooms with a fabulous kitchen, a five burner gas range, dishwasher and washing machine. Location is incredible near the Ponte Vecchio but on a secluded side street. We had some trouble with the shower but I am sure that will soon be fixed. There was a cleaning fee I hadn't expected. But really a terrific spacious place in a wonderful spot.

Casa spaziosa al centro di Firenze

La casa è grande, ma la seconda camera da letto è in comune con l' ingresso. Il copriletto di entrambi le camera erano sporchi, la vasca da bagno nei bordi presentava macchie di muffa , il pianale della cucina era sporco e inoltre consiglio un deodorante.....
