Stufa Apartment - Three Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 6

In the city's liveliest neighborhood, directly overlooking the central market square of San Lorenzo. The apartment is located in a beautiful 19th-century building. The living area is on two levels, a 'living area with two sofas and TV and a functional and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests, thanks to the 3 bedrooms (with double or single beds). It has a full bathroom with shower, a small half bath. Wifi connection, fans (no air conditioning).  

Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.
