Mind blowing location

Absoluty loved location with a view from the windows and night serenade. A room while small had everything we needed, we liked its modern renovation. Regret it is too pricy to stay there longer.

We stayed for 3 nights in Florence. The hotel is located in a good neighborhood, close to the train station and attractions (overall florence is small and you can walk everywhere). Unfortunately the AC was broken during our stay which made it difficult for us for the first night but they made a temporary fix for the rest of our stay. Overall we were happy with our stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!

DO NOT BOOK OR STAY HERE!! This is not a hotel but a few rooms in an apartment block. Me and my wife booked this hotel for our trip to Florence. The hotel contacted us via Hotels.com and I replied with plenty of time to let them know our plane would be arriving late and we would not arrive until the early hours of the morning. When we arrived, the doors were locked and there was no way to get in. No phone numbers are manned out of hours if you hit trouble. After hours of searching we eventually found another hotel to stay at, at great expense at last minute. The hotel has refused to refund us for our night or contribute anything towards to additional costs and are no longer responding to my emails. If you are planning on going in the spring/summer, DO NOT BOOK HERE, the aircon does not work adequately to keep the room cool enough to sleep comfortably and you end up far too hot and struggling to sleep. Overall - unprofessional, uncontactable and unreliable. Do not stay here!

Vi forsøkte å ringe B&B flere ganger før oppholdet, aldri noe svar. Hyggelig personal som møtte oss ved oppmøte. Rommet svarte ikke helt til forventningene. Badet var skittent, mugg og avflassing på bad/dusj. Støvete rundt ventilasjon og vann unngåelig rennende ut fra dusjen på badegulv. Vi fikk ikke påfyll av dopapir under oppholdet. Selv om vi etterspurte dette over to anledninger. Vi måtte låne fra to ulike medgjester. Vi kontaktet B&B på Watsup for å få dem til å ringe taxi for oss avreise dag. Fikk sent svar og at det var vanskelig å få tak i taxi. Vi gikk over gaten til et hotell og de ringte taxi for oss som kom med en gang. Lite imponert over Tornabuoni som B&B. Det eneste positive er belligenhet.

Posizione ottima Stanza confortevole Ingresso ed ascensore invece tutto da rivedere Soprattutto anche per una eventuale questione di sicurezza ed eventuale via di fuga (non a norma, riteniamo) Deposito bagagli totalmente incustodito e quindi da rivedere perché non sicuro

Soggiorno di due notti. Supercentrale, signorina alla reception molto gentile. Stanza pulita, grande, moderna, ben tenuta con tutto che serve. Posto centrale ma con finestre chiuse perfetto silenzio. ľunico peccato che il bagno per la mia oppignione non era abbastanza pulito. Trovavo dei capelli in doccia. Su mura, battiscopa e la porta fiocchi di polvere e la spazzola della toilette faceva piú che scifo. Il secondo giorno peró era già meglio.

Excellent Place to Stay in Florence

Amazing host! Amazing location! Amazing comfort! Amazing amenities! You really need to experience this in Florence. The room was tricked out with high end amenities. Bathroom was Top notch. The host is excellent! Very kind. Location is central and exclusive area of Florence. Definitely coming here next time I come to Florence.

Good luck trying to get in. It seems they only staff somebody there to check you in a couple hours out of the day. We sat outside of a locked door for about an hour before someone ever showed up.
