Large, bright apartment with attic located in the historic center of Florence in a characteristic building of the 1200's five minutes from the Santa Maria Novella railway station a few steps from the Duomo and the characteristic Ponte Vecchio. Silent. Bright apartment on the third floor with parquet floors and exposed beams on the ceiling that give the apartment charm and style. The large fireplace in the room creates atmosphere. It has two bathrooms, one of which has a hydromassage bath and shower, finely finished. Large modern kitchen perfectly equipped with dishwasher and oven. TV led. Great place for family

Our family of 5 loved this place. Much more space than we expected, clean and comfortable. Great restaurant and small grocery store steps away. 5 minute walk to train station and short walk to the busy areas of Florence.

Excellent location, plenty of room

This beautiful apartment is a short walk from the train station. We met Sofia very briefly, and then were checked in by Fabrizio who was kind, helpful, and quickly responded to a question we had the next day.My wife and 4 kids all enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend staying here, and if we ever came back with a group/family of 4-6, we would certainly stay here again!

Super fun, quirky apartment in a quiet building not far from the train station. The duomo is a short walk away and the neighborhood has lots of restaurants. Host is very thoughtful and the communication is great. Be advised there is no elevator, which is very common.

Amazing location

I booked this property because of its proximity (around the block) from the train station Firenze SMN. What I did not expect was that the location was on a vibrant street in the historic area of Florence. It was completely walkable. 10 minutes to the Duomo and 18 min to the Uffizi. Property is well described on the website. Don't be alarmed by the stairwell, which is not in the best condition - the apartment is great. Large, clean and full of character. The upstairs bathroom has a really low ceiling and my kids ended up using our bathroom downstairs. The downstairs bathroom is great. Kitchen is well appointed. We arrived by train at about 7:40 PM and there was an extra charge for "late check in." Keep this in mind while planning. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great Location

We couldn’t have asked for a better location and place to tour from. Literally 5 minutes walk but worlds away from the train station, and plenty of coffee shops, groceries and restaurants within a couple blocks. We were able to easily walk to all attractions and beat the crowds daily. Recommend the Crown of India restaurant right on the street. Communication with the VRBO host was prompt and friendly. We had no problems.
