"VENERE Suite" is located in via guelfa 14. On the heart of San Lorenzo neighborhood where local culture meets Medici history. Also it is a lively and picturesque neighborhood, full of shops, restaurants and markets.

The apartment can host up to four people: two in a queen-size bed in the bedroom and two in a comfortable sofa-bed in the living room.
BEDS:
The standard organization is for 2 people in the main room's king size bed, if you are 2 that want sleep separately (Friends, parents....) LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU BOOK, I provide extra linens and organize the sofa bed.

Renovated with high quality materials and designed to offer maximum comfort just TO LET YOU FEEL AT HOME.

Fully furnished kitchen with four burners, pots, cutlery, glasses and dishes; fridge and freezer, traditional oven and microwave air conditioning, TV, washing machine, iron and board, coffè maker, free internet Wi-Fi super-fast fiber , indipendent heating, House linens (sheets & towels) , hair dryer, shampoo, soap and toilet paper.

From the living room you will enjoy a wonderful view of the DUOMO and LORENZO CHURCH (Medici Chapel).

As all the ancient ‘800 building of the historical center there’s no elevator, to reach the apartment there is a 60 steps stairs, but as you get up to the top you’ll forget about it.

Beautiful apartment close to everywhere you want to visit.

Modern, clean, spacious, apartment in the heart of Florence. Wonderful restaurants nearby.Walking distance to all the museums, markets, and other attractions.Host Silvia was always available for questions and helped whenever we needed.You must like stairs though. Apartment on 3rd floor.We would stay here again.

Perfect location, beautiful apartment

Such a beautiful apartment in a great location. Majority of the major sites are just a 5 or 10 minute walk. Silvia was so helpful and welcoming, would love to stay again!

Amazing location and a fantastic host!

What a great apartment! It was exceptionally clean, had a good amount of room for a couple people, a very comfy bed, and a spacious and luxurious bathroom. Silvia was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. She gave us a full tour of the apartment and recommended some fantastic restaurants. We’ll definitely be staying here again. It felt like home while on holiday.

Looks Just Like the Pictures

The condo is in a perfect location! An easy walk to shopping, the train station, dining and site seeing. It was spotless and appeared just as the pictures represent. The stairs to the condo are a bit much though, especially with luggage, so pack light. Silvia is a wonderful hostess.

Perfect Florence Holiday

My husband and I spent 5 nights as part of our 30th anniversary celebration traveling in Italy. We loved everything about the apartment, even more lovely in person than photos. So comfortable, well stocked, and convenient location to explore Florence (and beyond on the trains!). Definitely luxurious! Our host Silvia was wonderful and provided information about the area. Perfect Everything

Sylvia was an amazing host. Communication was right away. The apartment was so clean and modern. She thought of everything you would need. You are in easy walking distance to everything. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was wonderful. It had a nice full size shower, rain head faucet and fun color changing LED lights. I had to work part of our stay and the WiFi was fast and stable. I would stay here forever if I could. Thank you, Silvia for a wonderful stay!

Silvia was an amazing host, very accommodating and super helpful in regards to the area and recommendations. The apartment is 100% what you see in the photos and beautiful. My wife and I were traveling for our honeymoon and could not have been happier with the Venere Suite. It is located on a perfect, quite street with great bistros and restaurants right out the front door. Perfect location for easy walking distance to everything. We will 100% stay here again when we are lucky enough to return. Thank you Silvia.

Absolute perfection!

When looking for a home base in Florence, look no further!! Silvia is a wonderful and welcoming host and has thought of every possible detail in this gorgeous apartment. From the coffee to the straightener, she seemed to anticipate anything we might need. The location is wonderful and the apartment was a beautiful haven during our trip. Silvia also gave us incredible dinner recommendations, we had the best meal of our trip at one is the places she recommended. The great apartment and personal touches made our trip very special, cannot recommend enough!!

Fall in Florence

I cannot speak highly enough of Silvia's apartment. When I first saw it as a listing, I thought it was too good to be true. Well guess what! It wasn't! The apartment is so spacious with high end finishes and an amazingly comfortable bed. It is in a great location, walking distance to everything you would want to see. Silvia herself is such a nice person and great host! I would absolutely stay in this apartment again. We had such a great time!

Perfect for our needs

We arrived on a hot Sunday afternoon a little bit later than expected. Silvia was waiting for us and helped carry my suitcase to the apartment. She was very helpful. She has a book of local attractions including walking directions and maps. Because much is closed on Sunday, she told us where we could find dinner and a store. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. It is convenient to all the museums and city center. The apartment was up several flights of stairs, which was not a problem for us but should be noted for those with issues with stairs. Loved our stay.

We would stay again!

Silvia met us at the door and took is upstairs to the apartment. She was very thorough in explaining everything as well as providing some tips on the area. The apartment is sparkling clean including the bedding and towels. Apartment is precisely as you see it online. Location was fabulous being close enough to walk to the SMN train station and all there is to enjoy in Florence. Some noise at night but not enough to disturb us since we kept the windows closed. Air conditioning works very well. The only negative is 62 stairs up to the apartment but we looked at that as needed exercise after eating pastries and pasta daily! Keep those stairs in mind if you have heavy luggage. Thank you Silvia for keeping us in good coffee supply.😊

Wonderful stay, friendly host!

Everything was great. The apartment was beautiful, as described and as it looks in the pictures. The bathroom is modern and well appointed and the bed was comfy. Plenty of room for clothing in the bedroom, a washer, a kitchen fully stocked with plates etc., and a hair dryer (as well as a straightener!). Silvia was great, met me at the property and showed me everything I needed to know. She also gave me tips for sightseeing etc and arranged a cab to the airport for my early morning flight. Apartment is in good location, five minutes from Accademia and 10ish min to the Duomo or Piazza Signore. Easy to the train, too. I would definitely stay again.

This apartment is great and Silvia is a wonderful hostess. Gabriel the co-host is very helpful as well. The apartment is a very reasonable alternative to a hotel especially if you like to do your own cooking and will be staying in Florence for more than a few days. The pantry is stocked with many condiments like salt, pepper, spices and olive oil which was very helpful! The location is perfect and seems within a few blocks of everything: train station, museums, churches, bakeries, pizzerias, grocery stores, etc. The only downsides are the steps as this is on the 3rd Floor (4th to Americans) and some noise from other rooms and floors. If those things don't bother you, this apartment is highly recommended.

Fabulous stay!

What a perfect place to stay while in Florence! Silvia is a warm, welcoming host, punctual, professional, and true to her word. She assisted with our luggage up and down the stairs, had several recommendations for dining (don't miss the cappuccino from the cafe across the street!) and called us a taxi for our departure. The apartment has everything you need for your stay and was spotlessly clean! We loved the big shower and used the washer and drying rack since we were on an extended trip. The energy on the street was lively, and the 3rd floor location provided privacy and a view of the Duomo as well. The location is within walking distance to all that is Florence, floods with light during the day, and a cool breeze at night. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place. We would love to come back again and this apartment will be tops on our list!

Amazing!!!

I rented both apartments Silvia has which are next to each other. The apartments were so cute, very clean, and a great location. Silvia is great to rent from as she is super knowledgeable about the area and is willing to recommend places to eat and answer any questions you may have. She is Ady to get ahold of and responds to her emails instantly. Sh even arranged our taxi to the airport on the day we left. I am a very picky traveler and I loved everything about her apartments. I will definately recommend her to anyone traveling in the Florence area and will definately use her apartment again if we come back. Thanks for such great hospitality Silvia!!

Amazing apartment. It's so modern and centrally located

I stayed at the Venere suite in March and it was perfect. The apt is very spacious and includes everything you you need. There's a washing machine which is very helpful. We didn't arrived until 11:00 pm at night and Silvia was there to greet us and provide us a tour of the apt. It's so convenient to the Duomo, restaurants, shopping, and the university. My friends stayed here in the past and recommended this apt to me. I am now recommending this apt to my friend who's daughter is studying in Florence this fall. Silvia has thought of everything. She has a binder with local information. She gave great recommendations for shopping and restaurants.

The Perfect Spot!

We cannot say enough good things about this apartment in Florence! Clean, perfect location in the city, incredibly nice, great size - it has everything you would want and more! Much better than a small hotel room that would cost just as much! Silvia was more than accommodating - she gave us some great recommendations and was flexible with our arrival time. We will be making a back to Florence for sure (my boyfriend proposed to me there on this trip!), and we both truly hope this apartment will be available when we do! Thank you Silvia for making out trip so much more enjoyable! It is up about 3 flights of stairs (no elevator) which I say only as an FYI - it was nothing we didn't expect but could be a surprise to some American tourists. Again, I can't say enough how wonderful this place is.

Perfect Florence apartment

Silvia was a pleasure to work with. She was always very quick to respond to my emails asking questions about our stay. She also provided us with customized dining recommendations, which was a big help! The apartment was absolutely perfect with everything we needed. We stayed for 3 nights, but could have easily stayed for much longer. The bed was very comfortable, along with the amenities. This was our favorite place we stayed during our week-long Italy trip. The location was just perfect, very walk-able and close to the major attractions. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Florence. The only small downside is the street noise on Saturday night was loud...however I realize this is the case in any urban apartment. I only say this to recommend travelers to bring ear plugs! Thanks again Silvia! We truly appreciated the opportunity to stay here.
