It all started with a sunset. When I first saw the apartment, it was old, poorly maintained, but it had the flavor of ancient Florentine history. The wooden beams on the ceiling, the plaster frames that framed the walls, the steep stone stairs of the old Florentine houses, the wooden windows ... then when I went out onto the terrace ... I was invaded by a beautiful light that tinted the whole sky pink, I looked to the left and Uahooo ... the Dome of the Basilica of San Lorenzo, Cappelle Medicee .. splendid ... all the pink seemed to touch them. A unique spectacle. The beauty you never get used to. I decided to buy and share this wonder. So I did. The work lasted a whole year, total renovation, to create something unique and special. Solid wood parquet, new lacquered doors in antique style, like the handles, Each room, its bathroom, imagined, designed, created with details, colors, materials, fine furnishings, everything is taken care of in the smallest details to make each room a beautiful and different unique environment. A long and hard work but I hope the result can be appreciated.

The area is Via dell'Ariento, the street where you can find street vendors, bags, belts, leather goods, clothing, shoes, souvenirs, but also the old Florentine shops: the bakery, the pastry shop, the ceramics shop, household items and then a myriad of restaurants of all kinds, traditional Florentine cuisine such as Da Michele, Zazà, Piazza del Mercato, Lorenzo de 'Medici in Via del Giglio, La Capannina, bars, lounge-bars, taverns where you can sip a drink with a cutting board. We are a two-minute walk from S.M. Novella, in front of the Central Market, where on the ground floor there are still the old Florentine shopkeepers, butchers, fishmongers, fruit, cheese, groceries, on the 1st floor a large open space with every type of catering offer open every day until 24. It is a very central area, only pedestrian as the parallel via Faenza full of restaurants and typical restaurants. All monuments and museums are within a few minutes walk. Piazza del Duomo is 5 minutes away, 2 minutes from the Medici Chapels where Lorenzo the Magnificent and members of the Medici family are buried, 2 minutes from the beautiful Piazza S.M. Novella with the basilica.
