If you wish to stay here please understand our experience before booking. When we pulled on the parking lot it was almost void of cars, usually a bad sign. The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous and helpful but the AC was struggling to keep it cool (understandable since it was close to 100 degrees outside and this place has many windows. It was rundown BUT you could tell they were trying to bring it back to life. The pool was down for renovation and there was no breakfast. The room we stayed in needed some new mattresses and a paint job. The AC in the room was old but did a great job in keeping us cool. The next morning we saw several trucks with men trying to renovate the property, IF we had not seen them trying I would have given a bad review and moved on but because they are trying I will let this stay slide but hopefully they will get some new mattresses in the rooms that they are using for guest.

Nice pool! Don't listen to the operator when he says there is a game room, they have five run down crappy games. Whole property is very very dated. Best pool available in the area if you are on a budget. Everything else is sub-par including the hospitality.

The pool and hot tub were nice. We used them both days we were there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The tropical theme was cute but they do need to update and fix some stuff. There were plenty of restaurants and shops near by. The mattresses were thin on box springs and we did see ants in one of the rooms’ bathroom. Other than that it was a nice stay.

The facility as a whole is definitely outdated but everything was clean and working properly. This was the perfect little evening getaway. The temperature pool area was perfect, the pool was not freezing, the hot tub was a nice area. Sitting at the tables listening to the “waterfall” at night was very peaceful. Dianne or Debrah at the front desk was absolutely amazing. (Forgive me on remembering her name) will absolutely be visiting more often!

The rooms are dated but were clean and comfortable. The kids loved the big pool and the hot tub was super warm and nice. The arcade is very small but still ok. There are animal statues and palm trees on the property and geese everywhere. It was quiet and close to shopping and eating.

The staff was great and my room was super clean! Much like all hotels I have stayed at lately,but could use some touch up paint here and there but my experience was amazing! I slept so well in the Tropical Dome even with kids playing till 10 or 11 at night. Affordable price for a 5 day stay to visit Dad for Father's Day! I am hoping I get to retuen here next year!

Their pool and spa are really great, both are indoors. Everything is a little dated but very clean. We had a great time in our room which featured a heart shaped jacuzzi. The staff was very attentive and polite.
