"A great hotel/hostel a 10 minute walk from the waterfront. Good food and decent view. The staff are friendly and helpful. Loud until 10 or 11PM. It was a great value and I would stay here again if I went back to Labuan Bajo."

"Fantastic stay at the Zasgo Hotel. Enjoyed 2 nights in a comfortable clean room with a delicious breakfast and wonderful pool. Hotel arranged airport transfer and the driver was waiting upon our arrival. Check in and check-out was smooth and all staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was excellent. Very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. I would highly recommend staying at the Zasgo Hotel "

First I requested to borrow an extension as there was no power outlet at the desk for me to charge my laptop. Thereafter, I was told none was available. I reported one of the ceiling lights is not functioning. Engineering came and checked, smiled, said okay, and left. Never to return. The shower fixture was leaking. Wall with holes were patched up by stuffing...
