"This hotel was a "wow" all around. The photos don't do it justice: 1) The area: the town it was in is super cute. Everyone knows one another in the area. Views of Etna were incredible. Just a very beautiful region of sicily. 2) The service: the front desk helped us book a helicopter tour of etna. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour, it was fantastic! 3) Spa: Wow wow wow - beautiful turkish bath, and you get it all to yourself with the fee. My husband and I enjoyed this immensely! 4) Restaurant: Probably the best meal we had in sicily. Incredibly creative, beautifully plated dishes. Props to the chef! 5) The rooms - baroque revival, with hand painted ceilings, just amazing. Comfy beds and nice rainfall showers in bathroom. "

"It was our second visit in this hotel, hotel is very clean, international breakfast are delicious. Hotel did some improvements from last year as new tiles around pool and pool bar. Restaurant has delicious good, onky we were limited as don’t like fish, very limited meals with chicken which we prefer. But other food we have tried was great. Hotel is away from town, car is a must. Beach is 10 min away by car. There was little bit of communication barrier as staffs in restaurant on lunch time don’t speak English, but they have spoken other languages. Anyway they are very kind"
