"Everything was ok except that it look like they turn off the A/C at night because eve tho it was cold inside the room was little hot, we check the a/c and it look that if wasn’t working and in the morning a/c was on 🤔🤔 that why I think the turn it off at night . Food at Laguna rest was delicious, service exceptional Thanks Leo the server and the cooks please "

"This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are a little dated but still warm and inviting. The other spaces throughout the hotel more than compensate for the dated rooms. There are shops and boutiques attached to the hotel, and it seems that they always have some type of event going on when I visit. I would definitely stay again. "

"The staff was welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean. We had the 2br suite and it worked out perfectly. We ordered groceries to cook breakfast and lunch prior to leaving to the parks. Had a full functioning “apartment like” room. Plus we faced the resort which was a nice view. The patio had a net so it felt safe from everything including bugs lol the lady at the market was so nice and helpful when I couldn’t find what I was looking for. We didn’t utilize the water park. Overall 10/10. Will return. "
