"This hotel is perfect if you’re going to San Juan, PR. The beach was fantastic and walking distance. It was lively at night with a casino on-site and happy hour in the hotel lobby. My family and I enjoyed everything this hotel had to offer. Look forward to coming back!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this property. The view was absolutely breathtaking and one of the highlights of my trip. The staff was excellent,friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with amazing scenery and outstanding service."

"Overall all our stay was okay. It was incredible difficult to get your room cleaned or even get fresh towels each day as staff did not respond to the text messages sent. This is how they requested you to notify them if you wanted this service. The hotel frequently ran out of water and would not update residents of when their water tanks were going to be refilled. They would not notify residents if the water tanks had run out of water either, so this is something you have to figure out on your own. The bathroom had no ventilation, which would leave a sewer smell if the door was left shut. The location is very nice as it is close to the beach and we did feel like it was a safe area."

"I was going to give them 4 stars but their rating shouldn’t be based on one lazy staff member! The property and room was as advertised. In fact, this property exceeded Hilton! Hilton’s property was very ran down and falling apart! The Marriott definitely maintains their properties better. The only bad experience was when cleaning staff didn’t clean up my room one day and didn’t supply the appropriate towel count. No one wants to return to a room which had sand in the bathroom and on the floors the previous day! The front desk rectified it. I wish they had more eating places on site but what they had was not bad either. Overall I would come again due to the cleanliness of the property the quick access to the beach, and the casino! There are places to walk to down the street so the options are there!"
