10/10 Excellent

"Perfect location in Old Town Key West centered on Duval Street. Easy walking distance to all of the main attractions. Fantastic pool area (with bar) and terrific lounge bar with helpful staff. Stayed on the top floor away from the noise with an incredible 180-degree view of KW (from sea to sea, as it were). Will stay here for our next visit."

"Housekeeping did a nice job and the staff was very helpful. The amenities are very nice, but we could not enjoy the beach 3/5 days of our vacation due to the algae in the water. It was disappointing to pay full price for things we could not use and we had no warning of the odor in the entire property either."

"A nice little slice heaven in the Keys with pool and beach area in short walking distance from rooms. Was quiet and relaxing and not a huge resort. We were in a suite and it smelled clean and it was spotless. We stayed 3 nights and did order some more bath towels but they were never delivered. Our room keys stopped working at 9 am on checkout day even though checkout was 11 am. Pool is small but we hung out in the ocean in the beach area - good to have options. We really enjoyed walking right next door to Snook's Bar and Cafe for good food and music. We'd definately come back."

"The room was nice and clean! The food is really good. The problems we had were a lot of waiting for things. Really rude male bartender who wore sunglasses and acted like anyone ordering from him was an issue and basically ignored us at one point until another patron told him we were there first. (Mind you, we were two moms and two 9 year old girls…not like annoying drunks or something). The longer haired bartender was amazing and so accommodating. Things just moved slowly. Finding a towel at the hotel side of the pool at nighttime was impossible. The place is set up for a great resort…but just a few things that could be fixed."

"Nice in general, but AC in our room was a bit dicey. (They came to our room 3 times in the night to check it with a ladder).The lady at the front desk said they would issue a refund for the AC problem we had and email me a receipt later that day, but that did not happen, and I had to chase it down. They did not clean up sargasso from beach on the weekend, so we did not really want to walk down to the water on the "beach" when we might have liked to. The employees were overall very nice and the resort is really pretty, and the girl singer in the am Sunday morning was terrific."
