"There was rubbish under the bed.
Very low quality linen.
Communication was terrible, we were lucky that someone was leaving the building and was able to call the girl that checked us in.
They reimbursed the payment made by credit card without previous notice, and required me to make a transfer at the time of the checkout."

"Convenient to food and stores. Staff were friendly especially the security. Security into hotel was great. Communication was difficult as no reception desk so used WhatsApp. Language barrier created some issues. All in all it was ok. "
