Floridia is a small but charming town with a population of approximately 23,000, located about 12 km from Syracuse and about 20 km from Fontane Bianche, one of the most famous seaside resorts in the Syracuse province. Its geographical location is extremely convenient for visiting various places of tourist interest, such as the Pantalica Nature Reserve, Palazzolo Acreide, Buscemi, and Sortino. This characterful house was built in 1924 and completely renovated in 2023. Situated in the heart of Floridia, it is almost unique in the town, as it boasts a beautiful and spacious courtyard with a small above-ground pool. After two external steps and one internal step, you reach the approximately 235 sq m of living space, which is tastefully and lovingly furnished on two levels for 4-8 people. ``] There is an approximately 280 sq m courtyard with lemon, orange, and mandarin trees, mint plants, rosemary, and jasmine filling the air with natural fragrances. - Here you will find an outdoor pool (open from April 1st to October 31st, 2026), an outdoor shower, a porch swing, and a hammock. - There is also a small gazebo with outdoor lighting, a table, and seating. - Please note: the fourth bedroom is accessed via a courtyard and an external staircase with 21 + 1 steps. - Wi-Fi, a portable Google Chromecast, and a safe are provided. - Mobility: Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. - Upon request, use of the pool is also possible before April 1st and after October 31st, 2026.
