Lovely home in Florimont-Gaumier

This charming vacation home is located in the countryside in a very peaceful setting. The vacation home has been completely renovated using natural materials and has a modern interior design. It can comfortably accommodate two families and offers a relaxing stay.



The bedroom and bathroom on the first floor are equipped for the disabled. The house offers beautiful views over the countryside and has an enclosed and heated private pool. The remaining bedrooms are all on the second floor.



Outside there is a private, heated pool measuring 12 m x 4 m and 1.50 m deep, which is secured by a safety cover (NF P90-308), as well as garden furniture, deck chairs, sun loungers, parasol, barbecue, swing and table tennis.



Three electric bicycles are available on prior request and subject to availability. Outside July and August, it is possible to bring up to 5 bicycles.



The house is located in the Salviac area in the Périgord Noir, on the border with the Dordogne and the Lot. The house is situated in the countryside in a small hamlet consisting of the owners' house (behind the rental property) and a shelter at the side of the property. The nearest stores are in Salviac, about 4 km away.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to three pets are allowed.
