"The living space is tiny for such a big house. Beds could have been bit more cleaner. Kids disappointed as ping pong net was not there. Pool depth should be called out and labeled on pool side especially since its too deep."

"The pictures were not accurate and we thought we were staying in beautiful house but the place was dirty and outside unkept. Mechanical problems with AC and plumbing. Old furniture that was falling apart just not up to the portrayal "

I was really looking forward to this stay but a couple hrs before check in I get a message saying that my check in was gonna be delayed due to extensive damage from previous tenants. Which I was ok with since I was gonna arrive about an hr or so late anyways. But not long after their message I get another saying they are going to have to cancel our reservation.
