Also, the breakfast, coffee, were quite good. In other words, personnel did an excellent job, while the physical presence of the hotel left much, very much, to be desired...

I did not stay because I requested a handicap accessible room and there was not one available. The hotel was also difficult to find because there was absolutely NO NAME ON THE BUILDG AT ALL!!! That was very weird. I did not stay because they could not accommodate our needs. They said I had to cancel thru Expedia. I bought insurance in case things went wrong & they did. I found a different hotel that could accommodate my husband who uses a wheel
