"Caravan was basic but perfect for our weekend stay, everything we could have needed, very clean and the welcome pack - dishcloth, tea towel, washing up liquid and bin bags - was a welcome touch. Loved how close we were to the beach. Great food from the Sands Bistro and the outside bar area was perfect for enjoying the wonderful weather and watching the amazing sunsets."

"Firstly this was my second stay and I was not offered a free room upgrade as they advertise for their rewards plan. Upon arrival we was checking in and the guy at the desk told us the keys are in the door, we went around to the small building and there was no keys, the maintenance man (who was very nice) had to come and climb into the window, whilst he was doing this we realised the bench at the front of the cabin was completely disintegrating. 10/10 Excellent

"Firstly I must say that the service and food was excellent. The menu was extensive and delicious. The staff were brilliant- nothing was too much trouble. My spa treatment by Lucy was probably the best I’ve ever experienced. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The dining areas are well laid out and well maintained. The room was spacious enough although perhaps a little dated, and a little more storage space in the bathroom and bedroom would be beneficial. The snug was cozy and had several board games, these could do with updating as there were lots of games not complete, that said, although we didn’t use it the games room looked good and was well used mostly by children. Unfortunately the weather was not favourable as the cliff path walks are on the hotel door step and the nearby beaches looked nice. The hotel pool was closed for renovations so hopefully that will be a bonus. Overall a very pleasant stay."
