"This boathouse is small but so very comfortable - set up beautifully with nice little touches of gifts (chocolates, etc) and breakfast prep (eggs/butter/OJ/oatmeal cups). The outside deck is peaceful and secluded with a hot tub (which we did not have time to enjoy). It is located in a quiet neighborhood - a mere 30 minutes from Pine Knob if you have concert tickets. "We had reunion in the area. It was convenient. The home has three areas main bedroom, up one bedroom and down 2. Each of the 3 areas had a full bath. Lots of space, great working kitchen and lots of seating. We enjoyed the wrap around porch and the country air overlooking the pastures and animals. Fire pit out back with a stack of wood was inviting. Enjoy your stay. "

"We booked this house for my youngest 18th birthday as we let our "kids" pick a location for a weekend getaway. Frankenmuth was the location and this house provided great access to everything. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The amenities were first class, and everything from the kitchen to the bath towels was top-notch. Communication was excellent with the owners and they checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!"
