The staff was exceptional and were running the entire place, even serving beers. Breakfast was OK but it was included so that is great. Location is a little down the path from town so plan for a hike or get a taxi."

"This is, basically, a backpacker's hostel or ski hostel. We had a room that slept four; it was clean, the beds were comfortable; there was a small terrace on which to sit. The first day we had breakfast in Hotel Simi, but the remaining two days was in the hotel. It was an alright breakfast. Hotel Simi had scrambled eggs and sausage; our hotel did not. The location was good - away from the main street, so it was quiet. It was a tad expensive for what we got for three nights, but it was probably the cheapest. Zermatt is very, very expensive."
