"Our host, Simonetta, greeted us upon aarrival. She is most kind and responsive to any questions. This property iis in a vineyard central to all the towns in Umbria and Tuscany. Her guest house is a rebuilt building and is beautiful. We felt blessed to stay there"

"Easily found hotel on the main road, therefore there is some traffic noise if you have a room at the front. Room was good, with a comfortable bed, and very clean. The lady and gentleman who checked us in/out were very friendly. The walk into town from the hotel is doable and fairly level, where you can then take the funicular up to the old town (just beware it closes early - 7.30pm when we visited in October). "

"Perfect location for a friends & family 50th birthday celebration week. Stunning views, comfortable bedrooms and plenty of communal areas for dining and relaxation. Federico is a fantastic host and we took advantage of his recommendations for private chefs and local dining/grocery shopping options. Todi is a stunning hilltop town with great dining options. The EMI supermarket, about 12 minutes drive is ideal for all your grocery and beverage needs.The pool was large and immaculate and we took full advantage.We are already planning a return visit."
