"The resort is beautiful, the staff are very excellent and the food is great. Drinks wise there is a lot of choice however it’s lacking / chargeable for some things I’d expect from a 5 star (baileys / choice of vodka / whisky etc) and one à la carte in 3 days with no drinks included needs considering. The pool area is lovely, bedside service rather than lining up at the bar would be better (I’ve never known this in a 5 star before) The gym and yoga shala are exceptional, this alone makes it worth while if you’re into that. The schedule is excellent and the area is gorgeous. A few small ‘tweaks’ and this would be TRUE 5 star however I want to be clear, a great resort, lovely rooms and worth the money. We would return (hopefully seeing the changes even if it meant the costs increased slightly) "

"Room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning (AC) did not work so the room was too hot to have a good sleep. Went to front desk twice and they “reprogrammed” the remote and told me to be patient with the AC. I was patient until the morning and the AC still didn’t work. "

"The staff, especially Sylvia, was friendly and helpful. She gave good recommendations for restaurants. She also helped to arrange for a good tour and the taxi for leaving by the port. The hotel is in easy walking distance of the pedestrian ways in the city enter, albeit uphill. Of course, that means it is downhill back to the hotel.😄"
