I booked a villa for a family of 3, since we were only they have a small room with all fungus on walls in grout, bad smell, when I went to spoke to reception they changed room, bathroom shower was leaking like hell and no drain for water leak. Shuttle ride was also very basic quality, 4 people will sit on 3 seater, even 2 people next to driver, crazy..not up to US standard.."

"We ONLY booked this place because we had an unexpected layover in Athens that required an overnight stay and we had to be back at the airport at 5AM. We selected this “hotel” mainly because airport shuttle service was supposedly included in the rate. Communication prior to arrival was a disaster, and things only went downhill from there. The shuttle driver LEFT US at the airport because the directions that we were given by the hotel were not accurate and we could not find where the shuttle was allegedly parked waiting for us. We ended up having to pay over $100 Euro to get to the office just to get keys. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and not understanding at all. I was in tears and had to walk outside and leave my husband to deal with her. We also had to pay additional money because we had 4 people in our group-even though we booked a room that accommodates 4 guests. To add insult to injury… When we went back outside I saw the driver of the shuttle that was supposed to pick us up sitting next to his vehicle (which I was able to identify from the plate number) smoking a cigarette without a care in the world. Not helping other guests…just gawking at us. When we finally got to the unit, it was a hovel. It is in an industrial-type office building (completely FAKE website photos). I would not even shower in this room. 0/100. Do yourself a favor. Pay the extra money for a hotel in the beautiful city center and get a taxi or uber to and from the airport. "
