Von 3 Übernachtungen ist 2 x die Alarmanlage ab. Im Frühstücksraum waren Hunde vorhanden. Das Bett ist hart, so dass man am Morgen Rückenschmerzen hat!

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Autobahn-Anschluss und ist damit optimal für Durchreisende. Gleichzeitig fällt die nahe Autobahn nicht wirklich negativ auf. Das 3-Bett-Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe, im Badezimmer war eine Badewanne und kein Duschvorhang, was zum Duschen etwas mühsam ist, wenn man nicht das ganze Bad unter Wasser setzen will. Hervorzuheben ist der feine Pool im Freien - nach einer längeren Autofahrt jedenfalls ein Genuss, vor allem mit Kindern. Ebenso zu betonen das exzellente Essen im Restaurant mit sehr netter und zuvorkommender Bedienung, auch das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Dare quattro stelle a questo hotel è assurdo. Il letto è scomodissimo, il bagno ha una doccia che è di dimensioni adatte ad un bambino. Il frigo bar non c'è, o meglio c'è il frigo, ma con niente dentro. Ma il colmo è l'aria condizionata che non è gestibile dalla camera, per accendere e spegnere si deve chiamare la reception.

Carino ma un po’ più di cura è necessaria.

Personale gentile e disponibile a tutte le ore. C’è bisogno di un po’ più di pulizia nelle camere che sono spaziose ma purtroppo c’è qualche ragnatela di troppo. Anche se appena segnalato il personale interviene. L’hotel è un po’ datato ma è in generale accogliente. La piscina abbastanza piccola è ideale per i bambini ma deve essere risistemata l’area intorno. La hall è ben messa, ampia e ha accesso al ristorante dell’hotel e anche alla sala del biliardo. Questo è molto bello. La colazione è stata servita un giorno con alimenti tutti imbustati come merendine e un altro giorno con cornetti surgelati ma buoni. In generale è una colazione abbastanza ricca. Spero che con un po’ più di attenzione questo hotel possa vedere giorni migliori, Logisticamente è molto facilmente raggiungibile, con autostrada e servizi vicini, a due passi da Outlet Valdichiana.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione molto comoda e con bel e ampio parcheggio ( gratis ) . Particolare attenzione alle procedure anti- Covid e hotel ben pulito, cose che ci hanno fatto molto piacere. Da rinnovare l’ arredamento, ma non è una priorità; mentre è assolutamente indispensabile sistemare l’ aria condizionata.
