"We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house and its surroundings are absolutely beautiful—peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were truly wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and hospitality really made a difference.The location is also very convenient, with a grocery store just a short walk away that’s well-stocked with all the essentials. While the bathrooms are on the smaller side, it wasn’t a problem for us and everything else more than made up for it.Highly recommended—we’d love to come back!"

Nestled in the rolling hills of Montepulciano, the property is the epitome of Tuscan charm—surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and stunning panoramic views that seem straight out of a postcard. The rooms were spacious, beautifully rustic yet well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. We loved waking up to the sounds of the countryside and enjoying our coffee while watching the sunrise over the vineyards. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering wonderful recommendations for local wineries, restaurants, and sights. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Breakfast was a daily highlight—fresh, local products served with care. We also appreciated the lovely pool area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Montepulciano and nearby hill towns. "We celebrated my wife’s special birthday at the Villa with our five grandchildren, their parents and ourselves, 11 of us. We all fit very comfortably in the Villa. The Villa and pool area, was spotlessly, clean as well as all of the surrounding grounds.There was plenty of space. Giovanna, the owner, was more than accommodating and gave us a much information of the area and help us navigate our wonderful celebration and vacation. "
