"We, a family of four, stayed at this lovely villa for one week, during the end of July and beginning of August. The place is stunning and had a wonderful pool area, trampoline and a football game for the kids. We had our rooms on the second floor and were able to use the downstairs kitchten which had everything you needed. During our stay it was very hot (35-39 degrees) and even though there were fans in our rooms it was not enough, AC would have given this place a full score. Other than that,...

"Beautiful stay! Warm welcome. The apartment was clean and spacious. Salt water pool was lovely after a hot day and the grounds were impeccable. I enjoyed seeing the sunset over the olive groves and overlooking Spello. I highly recommend and hope to be back again soon!"

"L'endroit est vétuste, peu entretenu (taches sur les murs), envahi d'insectes (fourmis) mais surtout sentant épouvantablement le tabac froid. Quant à Paolo annoncé comme hôte, je ne l'ai pas vu. Il est juste situé près d'Assise et la piscine est belle. Très décevant."
