"Situated in picturesque countryside of Foligno, Italy. Managed by a fantastic couple, Rinaldo & Irene. My wife & I really enjoyed the 2 nights we spent at Casa Zia Cianetta. Language was no issue, Rinaldo was a an expert with WhatsApp & translation. Highly recommend this property."

"The road leading to the hotel is extremely narrow and dangerous it is filled with holes including a terrible one on there entry. The rooms have no ventilation and no windows other than the door. Marco at the front desk was very helpful. The cleaning staff needs training three days they did not remove a bag of trash. The restaurant is amazing the food was outstanding and excellent service. The pools and outdoor area is beautiful. "

"Beautiful hotel in the Heart of Umbria. Lots of tranquil walking trails and private places nearby to relax in. Very close to Rasiglia. Very friendly staff and great breakfast included wwith stay. Highly recommend. "

"I don't usually leave reviews but we were pretty blown away. The place was super nice, clean and spacious with AC and access to laundry through the property manager. The property manager couldn't have been nicer and accommodating. We were waiting for some sort of catch given how big and nice the apartment looked online but from our experience everything was completely legit. Highly recommend! "

"I am an avid traveler, and I have been travelling for 3 weeks hence I have tried many hotels, this one is one of the worst hotels with very rude staff. Upon checking in, the staff refused to speak in english, even though they spoke fluently, they presented us with a room with broken door and AC. After discussion over how we need the room door to lock, they moved us to another room with broken AC. They were very rude after we accidentally bumped into the lamp and were very disrespectful. They made us feel very unwelcomed and unsafe in regards to staying at the hotel. After requesting to speak with the hotel manager, we were told that the manager does not have time for us. The midnight staff were also unhelpful and not polite when we inquired about the broken AC. The room was full of fly and very hot . Upon checkout, there was no one at the desk but the cleaning lady"

"We have stayed before in Villa in Italy but this one is above any expectations. The house is stunning, the owner and people who take care of the place were super responsive and lovely to deal with. House could use some door screens (I think they are installing them) and maybe a few little things for the kitechen (we were a group of foodies who loves to cook) but they offered to get what we need and I can not imagine a better place. Location was great as it was 30 min walk to center of Folinio but still quiet. The pool is amazing."
