We loved this property and really enjoyed our stay.
We loved this property and really enjoyed our stay. It was a great base for exploring the surrounding area. A couple of minor issues with items missing from the kitchen were quickly resolved.I would recommend.

Fabulous setting for a family get together.
Fabulous setting for a family get together. Spacious and welcoming and the play barn is such an added attraction ...we all had such fun. The courtyard is delightful and lovely to sit out in. It's also secure so great for children and furry children. We will definately be back and have already recommended it to friends.

The Old Barn is excellentlynkicated to explore kent but is far enough away from the towns to be lovely and peaceful and quiet. The facilities on site are excellent, including the brilliant games room. However, everything is a little 'shabby' and worn Nd need a little bit of TLC. Also, the cleanliness was just a little below what I would have liked (such as cutlery and crockery was dirty, and carpet in kitchen needs a good deep wash).

Had a lovely stay.
Had a lovely stay. Overall is very nice accommodation and location is stunning with lots of options for a morning/afternoon out within 30min drive. Its a lot more spacious than it looks in the pictures. Bathroom and games room a little tired and plates, utensils etc. In the kitchen needed a bit of a clean before using but otherwise very pleasant.
