The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, 4 gas rings, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/bidet/WC on this level. The house features gas heating and air conditioning.

The vacation home also has a roofed terrace and patio, with terrace furniture, barbecue, and deck chairs. There is also a washing machine available.
