As you enter the 4-bedroom, 4-bath beach cottage you're immediately drawn to the floor to ceiling windows framing the view of the Atlantic Ocean. Step out onto the expansive deck, or large screened in porch to take in the salty ocean breeze. With ample parking and room for up to 10 guests, this home is the perfect group Folly Beach getaway. If you're not on the beach or exploring Folly restaurants, you'll find yourself relaxing in the bright and open living area with large screen TV, cable and wireless internet, overlooking the beach. The open kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to entertain a large group, including indoor seating for 8 at the table and 4 more at the bar. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own charming bathroom and the sleeper sofa in the family room provides additional sleeping places - perfect for afternoon naps!

Take a break from the sun and watch for dolphins while enjoying lunch at one of the picnic tables on the deck. After a busy day playing in the sand, cool off in the invigorating outdoor shower, or jump inside to the air conditioning, then kick back on either of the 2 ocean-side decks to admire the sunset. The next morning enjoy coffee and a peaceful start to the day on the street-side screened porch.

Access
Each of our luxury vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests' stay will be provided by your Concierge on the date of your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. In addition, for properties with gate or garage access, you will be given this access code on the day of your arrival as well.

Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure with these codes. Additionally, requests can be made for your Concierge to meet you at the property upon check-in. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one!

With our concierge services you can choose to have our team handle all the details of your trip. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn't much our Concierge team can't help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our pleasure to provide suggestions for restaurants, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.

We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through Rental Guardian. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).

At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.

We have temporarily adjusted our cancellation policy to allow for flexibility to help you make the right decisions regarding travel at this time. Please inquire with out team for additional details.

Folly Beach has a noise ordinance starting at 10PM that applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Noise complaints can result in fines.

Minimum rental age is 25.
