The 3rd bedroom is outfitted with a queen-sized bed. While, the 4th bedroom is ideal for accommodating younger guests or additional friends with 2 twin beds. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the parking lot with the 2 parking passes. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you would need to utilize street parking. Fresh linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home- 8 guests. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.
Other amenities include washer, dryer, keyless entry, contactless check-in, elevator for complex, central heat and air conditioning. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No grilling allowed. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Property has 24-hr on-call maintenance services.
