Welcome to 124 Waters Edge, Folly Beach's premier riverfront property! This riverfront town home has stunning views of the Folly River and South Carolina Low-country. This town home has a designer's touch with impeccable wood flooring, distinctive bead board walls and ceiling, elegant crown molding, bohemian shutters and intricate custom cabinetry. Located directly beside the pool and community dock, Waters Edge 124 has it all. Relax on the screen porch, enjoy fishing on the dock, take out a kayak on the river, or soak up the rays at the community pool. All this only minutes away from the beach and downtown Folly Beach.

The 1st floor features an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. Imagine cooking gourmet meals in the fully stocked kitchen while watching boats drift down the Folly River after a perfect day on the beach. The kitchen, with granite counter-tops, has everything even the most discerning chef would need to prepare a family meal. Living area has a 50-inch flat-screen TV and comfortable seating to watch the game or movies at night. Screen porch with access from the living room, has seating for 6 so that everyone can enjoy the sunset or sunrise on the Folly River together.

All three bedrooms have flat-screen TV's and high grade bedding and linens! The Master Bedroom offers a huge walk-in closet and private deck overlooking the river. One queen bedroom is on the first level along with one full bathroom, which can be accessed from the queen bedroom or the hallway. Go up the stairs to the second queen bedroom which has a private, full bathroom. The king master bedroom is also found upstairs, also with a full, private bathroom. This town home is perfect for families or several couples getting together.

Take in the lovely view, overlooking the marsh and river from the back patio. Don't feel like cooking? Center Street, the Folly Beach downtown area, boasts lots of local restaurants, or travel just a short 20-minute drive to downtown Charleston for a large array of eateries, historical tours, shopping, and much more!

Amenities include a full washer and dryer conveniently located on the 2nd floor of the home for your use, central heat and air, modern appliances, access to the community pool, and a starter amenity kit for bathrooms and kitchen that guests replenish as they need. Some guests recommend renting a golf cart or bikes from a local company to take back and forth to the beach and around the island. 124 Waters Edge also has a golf cart that can be rented with the home. If interested please inquire with us! You also can take in the Folly River's beauty and wildlife via kayak provided (1).

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the garage. If you have a 3rd vehicle, guest may pay refundable deposit to get 1 extra parking pass for the first come, first serve overflow lot for the complex. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am.

The Community pool typically closes October 15th and reopens April 1st. Exact dates can change per the HOA. This is a non-smoking and Non pet-friendly property. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. 24-7 On-call emergency staff. Property managed by Carolina One Vacation Rentals. No gatherings allowed that exceed maximum occupancy. Our family was looking to combine a visit with another family member in MUSC with a little weekend getaway. The commute to the hospital was only about 20 minutes so it was easy enough to make the trips over the 3 day stay. We enjoyed fishing off of the dock and the locals were very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! The property was conveniently located to restaurants, the beach and anything we needed. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened in patio in the mornings with a cup of coffee and in the afternoons to watch the sunset.

We have loved everything about 124 Waters Edge! The views are beautiful, the decor is cute, and all the furniture and beds are really comfortable. We were close enough to walk to all the restaurants on the island and the unit has a golf cart you can rent to haul all your equipment to the beach. Sad to leave and will definitely rent again!!

Great place on the water (inter coastal side). Clean, everything worked, two porches, beautiful views and sunsets. Lots of steps/stairs - if that’s a consideration. Garage parking. Easy walk to the Folly stores and restaurants. Definitely recommend.

The townhome is great! We loved the locations and the views. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall it looked clean but their were a few areas such as the stove and coffee table that we needed to wipe down. Also the sofa and chair covers were dirty. I would definitely consider booking here again.

Located within walking distance of the beach and all local restaurants, our stay, while short, was sweet. The townhouse is laid out well with ample space for our family of four which includes two full-grown teens. Each had their own room and bathroom. The views from the porch and the balcony off of the master bedroom made those first few sips of coffee that much more enjoyable each morning.

I loved this condo. It is beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked. The location couldn't be better. You can walk to town and a short walk to the beach. The condo is located on the river and I cannot say enough about how gorgeous the views are. Witnessed the best sunset ever from the balcony of the condo. Can't wait to go back!

We had a relaxing stay at this property and really enjoyed folly beach which we’ve never visited before. The views from the property are beautiful all day long, and it’s proximity to the quiet pool and dock were so convenient. We walked everywhere on the island. The beach is about 10 mins away, and all the restaurants are just a few blocks away. We had an issue with the upstairs toilet which the property managers quickly resolved with no impact on our day or plans. Highly recommend this property!

We rented This home for my family as it was our daughter's wedding weekend at The Island House. This home was awesome and perfect. Well decorated. Easy access to the pool and not too far from the beach. The agent on the rental property was out of town during our stay and it was hard to coordinate with the main office when we had small needs that need to be addressed. Bedrooms and bathroom were all very large and nice. Didn't feel it was worth the price but would rent again if it was cheaper.

I was able to stay at the house over a weekend and it was one of the best places I have stayed at in Charleston. The location was exceptional; right near the dock, overlooking the River, next to the pool, a block or 2 from downtown Folly and a few blocks from the beach! The beach can easily be accessed with the convience of the golf cart. Additionally the owners provided access to a 2-person kayak which sets it apart from any other unit around. This saved a LOT of money when I rented kayaks and SUPs for LIMITED amounts of time. Waking up every morning to a sunrise over the Folly River from the KING sized bed is second to none. Definitely coming back.

The condo had everything we were looking for: Spacious bedrooms, nice kitchen and living room, great view and a very easy walk to town and the beach. I highly recommend it. I will give a word of caution to anyone driving an SUV and parking in the garage. Getting in is easy. Backing out is a challenge because of the proximity to the stairs and the other condo. Be careful and patient.
